Goal

On WebLogic Server 10.3.6 why does latest WebLogic PSU not update weblogic.jar ? 

Example, Patch 25388747 is the latest PSU for WebLogic server 10.3.6. The patch was applied using BSU command reference, but the weblogic.jar is not updated, even though one of the patch jar files, BUG25388747_10360170418.jar, contains newer classes, for example weblogic/servlet/internal/ServletRequestImpl*.
