Symptoms

NLS_LANG set to AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8 and the formatting of the Hebrew text is always displayed on the right side of the screen from sqlplus when using Putty Terminal application.

Other languages are displayed correctly on the right side of the screen.
