Unable to Edit Email Templates in Fusion Apps (FAPPS) Instance

1. Go to Application Composer>Email templates
2. Try to edit the Email Templates with red cross sign (+)
Some of the files uploaded to pod are in GENWWW status. Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) raises error "file cannot be found"
