No "Action" Can Be Selected when Smart Importing a Mapping in ODI 12c (Doc ID 2291249.1)

When smart importing artifacts into Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c and several objects have issues (Critical, or Warnings), it is possible to fix the first issue using the "Next Issue" / "Previous Issue" navigation icon-buttons in the upper-right corner of smart import UI.

But then, after having fixed the first issue, the "Action" drop-down list is disabled.

For example, in the screen shot below, there are 2 Critical Issues, and 2 Warnings to resolve. After clicking the "Next Issue" icon-button, it brings you to the first issue:

Once the first issue resolved, if you click again the "Next Issue" icon-button, you will notice that a fix is pre-selected and the "Action" drop-down cannot be accessed:
