SOA Server Is Not Starting After A Clean Fresh Installation (Doc ID 2291294.1)

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version,

SOA server is not starting after a clean fresh installation

Users have installed a brand new Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.2 domain on top of HP-UX. The installation was properly finalized. Users started Admin Server with no problem; users started node managed with no issues but when users started the soa_server1 users got into an issue. The SOA INFRA is not starting. Users are getting these type of errors:
