Goal

Customer has a concern that there are multiple ways to measure and monitor the "packet publisher success rate" between the machines/servers hosting the members/nodes of a coherence cluster. In a case customer is reviewing the JMX Mbean Data in the JMX console using VisualVM plugin and is showing a low ‘Packet Publisher Success Rate’ where as the datagram test on the same cluster shows a higher number (different) due to this customer would not able to conclude network latency issue is persist or not persist?
