SpringAwareCacheFactory Not Able To Load Resources From Classpath (Doc ID 2292320.1)

Goal

SpringAwareCacheFactory class is not initialized when is located in jar available on a system classpath. When moved to GAR/lib, and the classpath is empty in config.xml, SpringAwareCacheFactory is loaded from library, however in such situation Spring code is not able to load resources using "classpath:" technique.
