Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Queries hang if executed repeatedly in SQL Developer 4.1.3 using JDBC for connections.
Then issue happens even for very simple queries, e.g. select * from dual.
The first executions may run fine, then it hangs.
The issue does not reproduce with SQL*Plus connections.
The issue occurs with SSL connections from SQL*Developer.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Connections are expected to succeed consistently.
