Symptoms

When calling &IdcService=BUILD_SUGGESTIONS_INDEX WCC shows attached trace:

Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
  at weblogic.jdbc.wrapper.ResultSet_oracle_jdbc_driver_InsensitiveScrollableResultSet.getString(Unknown Source)
