On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Content Server

Is there some way to avoid the creation of a migrate__ folder when migrating from folders_g to FrameWorkFolders?  

As described in Section 32 of the Oracle® Fusion Middleware Administering Oracle WebCenter Content guide, you may have a folders_g root called "Contribution Folder".  When migrating from folders_g to FrameWorkFolderspass you will have the following folder structure:
