Symptoms

 While creating a new installation or starting an existing OAG installation the next error is reported:

 

Changes

 If this is a new installation of the OS (Linux), this is specific to the OS level installed. But if this was working before an upgrade at OS level, then the issue is in the new libraries and kernel after the update.
