NodeManager Console Log Shows Error "SEVERE: failure initializing ADR" (Doc ID 2293055.1)

Symptoms

In FMW 12c, after starting Nodemanager, Admin server and managed servers, NodeManager console log shows Error "SEVERE: failure initializing ADR"

Complete error stack

 

The issue can be reproduced with these steps:

1. Install FMW 12c (It reproduces with any FMW install)

2. Configure domain

3. Start NodeManager, Admin Server and Managed servers.

4. Above errors are seen in nodemanager startup console window
