WebCenter Content 12c: Redirect To AdfAuthentication After OAM Login Shows Blank Page (Doc ID 2293293.1)

Symptoms

Integrated WebCenter Content 12.2.1.x with OAM 11.1.2.3 following the Content 12c Enterprise Deployment Guide for Oracle WebCenter Content, here.

Login works fine in OAM, and there is proper redirection to the Content Server after login, but once there, the adfAuthentication servlet returns a blank page with a 200 status code, instead of a 302 redirect to the original page.
