SVG File is Not Displayed on Thumbnail View (Doc ID 2293486.1)

Symptoms

When SVG file is used as an image file, the thumbnail image is not displayed on thumbnail view of search result page.
If PNG, JPG or GIF file is used, thumbnail image is displayed correctly.
