Goal

The MBean property  "HealthState" shown as "Unavailable" on JConsole when Starting individual JConsole as JMX client connect to remote or local Weblogic Server MBean

Most of MBean attributes are available on JConsole, except the three below HealthState properties shown as "Unavailable":
