How to configure SSL between OSA 12.2.1.1.0 and Weblogic 12.2.1.0?

SSL configured between  OSA 12.2.1.1.0 and Weblogic 12C, causing  following Exception

"sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException" at com.bea.wlevs.adapters.jms.OutboundJmsAdapter.initializeJMSConnections(OutboundJmsAdapter.java)

 java.rmi.ConnectException: Destination 10.1.1.1, 7011 unreachable; nested exception is:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target; No available router to destination"
