Symptoms

After applying a Service Object Architecture (SOA) Bundle Patch (BP) in your OIM 11.1.2.3 environment or when using OIG 12c, users intermittently see the following text in email notifications for approval tasks.

Changes

When the issue occurs for 11g, it may only be noticed after applying a SOA BP.
