Oracle Access Manager 11gr2ps3 (OAM 11.1.2.3.x) Basic Authentication "System Error" When Re-authenticating (Doc ID 2295996.1)

Symptoms

Steps to error reproduce:
1) Access protected resource with a basic authentication scheme
2) Send credentials, with successful authentication the user is redirected to the protected resource
3) Leave client idle for a time greater than the OAM Idle Timeout (Ex. 30min)
4) Reload the protected page and it results in "System Error" page
