Symptoms

During Exalogic Virtual Patching, issue of ecservices upgrade failing with "failed to run cd /opt/egbt_upgrade/OVMM/OVMM; sh" error is noticed. Below is the error noticed when running Exapatch.

This issue is not specific to any particular Virtual PSU upgrade and can happen when upgrading to any 2.0.6.2.X or 2.0.6.3.X PSUs.
