OdiImportObject Fails With Different Errors Depending On The ODI Object Type That Is Been Imported (Doc ID 2296099.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c, the OdiImportObject tool fails with different errors depending on the object that is being imported:

The same behavior also affects ODI 11g, where a slightly different error message would be received:

$ ./startcmd.sh OdiImportObject -FILE_NAME=/<DIR_PATH_TO_EXPORT_FILE>/<project_name>.xml -IMPORT_MODE=DUPLICATE
