Oracle HTTP Server Component is not Displayed in Fusion Middleware Control as Part of the FMW Farm (Doc ID 2296274.1)

Symptoms

Existing OHS system components do not show in EM Fusion Middleware Control under the FMW Farm.

In this specific case, the FMW Farm is based on 2 machines, each of them with their own OHS, but only one of them appears in the FMW Farm navigation.

 

If the user tries to create the OHS target in the the Administration > Create/Delete OHS menu, the FMW Control does not allow the operation because the OHS target is already present (although it is not displayed in the FMW Farm):
