Symptoms

When attempting to release a batch in Web Forms Recognition (WFR) Web Verifier, the following message is displayed:

WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier Client Custom Script
Shared license is unavailable. Please make sure that the licensing server is running and generating the shared license.
