Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, Admin of iAS Web Server
When starting the OHS 12 component with the startComponent.sh script it fails to start.
This is new installation.

The  $DOMAIN_HOME/system_components/ohs/ohs_nm.log contains the following stack:
