 When running an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) job accessing Oracle Database, it errors with the following message:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-28000: the account is locked

This can occur with both on-premise Oracle Database or a database in the cloud, such as Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
