EM SOA Flow Trace - Unable To resize Columns After Resizing Them (Doc ID 2299363.1)

Symptoms

When a particular user opens the Flow Trace window, the columns for the Flow Trace window are narrow, which makes the text unreadable and in some cases replaced with '...'

This issue is isolated to a particular user and occurs even if a different browser or a different machine is used. The user is also unable to resize the columns.
