Symptoms

In 12.1.3 Customer is not seeing a warning in the console reporting that the usermessagingserver is not connected to the messaging system. However, after upgrade to 12.2.1.2 they are seeing that usermessagingserver is not connected to messaging system. Appears to only apply to BAM targeted usermessagingserver, not to SOA targeted usermessagingserver
