Symptoms
You cannot view videos in the content ui. When you try to, you get a null pointer exception error.
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
-------------------------------
WCC 12.2.1.2, configured with DAM Video Conversions via ffmpeg. Videos converted successfully and renditions set display and viewable in Native UI. When you navigate to the Content UI detail page for that content item (either via the link in Native UI's content information page) or via browse or search in the Content UI, all you see is an error message - "An unresolvable error has occured. Please contact your administrator for more information."
