The purpose of this document is to inform that the BMC Remedy Ticket Management 9.0.4.x (x=0 to n) connector is de-supported with OIM Server 12c.
This connector remains supported with OIM Server 11g versions.
At the time of writing the article (24-Aug-2017), there is no version of the BMC Remedy Ticket Management connector supported with OIM Server 12c version. Please contact the Oracle Identity Manager support team via a Service Request if you need assistance with this matter.
