Known Issue mentioned in this Note is fixed in following latest EKIT versions available in Note 1933252.1.
► EKIT Version 2.0.6.3.1710 for Exalogic 2.0.6.3.x and earlier versions
► EKIT Version 2.0.6.4.1804 for Exalogic 2.0.6.4.x versions

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual rack with April 2017 PSU version 2.0.6.2.170418 & latest EKIT version 2.0.6.3.1704 installation, issue of CreateAssembly and ListVServers scripts part of EKIT failing is seen.

CreateAssembly throws below error:
