Symptoms
WebLogic 10.3.3 application using JDBC 11.1.0.7 fails with exception java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: No more data to read from socket.
Data source is found in state SUSPENDED and in the application logs the following messages are reported:

#### <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '14' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <> <Test "SELECT 1 FROM DUAL" set up for pool "<pool>" failed with exception: "java.sql.SQLException: OALL8 is in an inconsistent state".>
