Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager (OAM 11.1.2.3.0) Dynamic Attributes are not Sent when Using Json Web Token (JWT) Bearer Grant Type with OAuth

OAuth access tokens do not include dynamic attributes when the jwt-bearer (JSON Web Token) grant type is used to obtain the token.

When using grant_type=urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:jwt-bearer dynamic attributes claims are not included in the access token, however when using grant_type=password the same dynamic dynamic attributes are returned.
