You see intermittent messages returned from SOA after responding to Actionable Email Notifications. The body of the responses can contain two types of errors.
You may also find that the logs for the impacted domain do not show any messages received during the time when the user sent the actionable responses or during the time when the user received the Auto reply message(s) above.
