RequestTimeoutException Thrown Due To Disk Failure On Coherence Storage Enabled Nodes (Doc ID 2304236.1)

Symptoms

In the coherence 3.7.1 cluster environment customer experienced a severe problem that made all the application servers' threads into TIMED_WAITING. It was also the time of the problem was that one of the storage enabled members in the cluster got Drive Array Controller Failure (Slot 0) problem. The same time the entire production site was stalled due to this. During that time window the application servers, tomcat server, logs noticed request timeout errors.
