SQL Query Result When Exported to Excel Shows Binary value For RAW Datatype Instead of Actual Data (Doc ID 2304258.1)

Symptoms

While Querying Table Having RAW datatype, Output shows correct value. However when exported to Excel it shows Binary value.
This is seen for SQL Developer 4.2.0 and later.

 SQL Developer upgraded to 4.2.0
