Admin Applets Start With Non-Readable/Garbled Text (Doc ID 2306285.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE
-----------------------
When trying to start the Archiver or any other Admin Applets a message dialog box appears with a bunch of non-readable/garbled text.


ERROR
-----------------------
Non-readable text.



STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Go to the [WCC_Domain]/ucm/cs/bin directory and execute - Archiver.sh (or Archiver.cmd) or any other Admin Applets.
2. A message box appears with non readable text.

Note - This may also happen when initiating applets from the browser.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Administrator(s) is unable to use Archiver or any admin applets for that matter from either browser or the file system.

Changes

 None, new install.
