Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.8.5 version, Content Server
When attempting to rollback the patch 17943322
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The patches BP5 18448219 and the one-off patch 17943322 can not be rolled back as they are each other dependent (circular dependency)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Rollback WCC 11.1.1.8.0 BP5 18448219
2) Then rollback 17943322
or vice versa
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot rollback the patches 17943322 or 18448219
