purgeMetadata Showing Number of Versions Purged: 0 (Doc ID 2307784.1)

Symptoms

Need to purge the MDS metadata as the schema size has grown considerably high.  Trying the below purgeMetadata WLST command shows the number of version purged as 0:

wls:/mosp/serverConfig> purgeMetadata("<APPLICATION_NAME>", "<MANAGED_SERVER>", 14400, "<APPLICATION_VERSION>")

Executing operation: purgeMetadata.

Metadata purged:Total number of versions: 5314842.

Number of versions purged: 0.
