Blank Search Is Not Returning Data in Catalog Request UI After Applying OIM Patch (Doc ID 2309667.1)

After applying OIM Bundle Patch, the blank search when requesting an item on catalog page is not returning any results.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Apply July OIM Patch (OIM
2. Login to OIM UI
3. Catalog Search items are not showing up.
After blank searching, UI message indicates "No data to display".
