Local Invocation (local optimization) Label missing (Doc ID 2309938.1)

Symptoms

From Logs it is observed that few of the webservice invocations were occurring with local optimization.

 

However in EM Console  -> Flow Trace, it was noticed that the invokes are not seen with 'Local Invocation' labels as seen in document screenshot 'Type' column.
