ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to see the page editor panel after deploying a custom task flow for WebCenter Portal.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Deploy the custom task flow as shared library to the WC_Portal managed server.


2. Navigate to a Portal to add the task flow to a page.
    Here you will see the page editor is not visible.
    Instead it shows a blank page.
