Exalogic Virtual: EoIB Network Bonds Do Not Work On OL6 Guest vServers When SM Master Failover Happens On the IB Switches (Doc ID 2311001.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, Issue of OL6 Guest vServers EoIB networks not working is seen when SM Master failover happens on the IB switches.

For EoIB networks to start working on OL6 Guest vServer, EoIB bonds should be either manually brought up using "ifup <bond>" command (or) network services on the vServer has to restarted using "service network restart" command.

Below is the snippet of the messages system log at the time of the issue. In this example, bond2 is the EoIB network which had issues. As you can see, bond2 did not come up although the slave interfaces eth648_1.2899 and eth1288_2.2899 are up eventually.
