Receiving OAM 'System error' After Authenticating to a Federated Application Within Another Federated Application.

When OAM is acting as the IdP users received the OAM 'System error' after authenticating to a federated application within another federated application. For example, if a federated application has an iframe action list for the destination of another federation application then the browser will show the OAM system error and the OAM diagnostic logs will show the following error:
