Symptoms

Ogg v12.2.x on unix/linux abend with the following error when consuming a trail file written by the Nsk 12.1.x

OGG-01411 Cannot convert input file /bugmnt14/<PATH>/t1000004 with format RELEASE 9.0/9.5 to output file ./dirdat/td000000000 with format RELEASE 12.2.
