Symptoms

The following (or similar) messages are seen present when running the Repository Creation Utility (RCU) Oracle Universal Installer (OUI). In Step 3 of 8 in proceeding forward with Database Connection Details, the following error exception occurs: RCU-6002 And RCU-6080
