How to Apply Patch 20357382 for ASDK Environment?

In an 11g ASDK deployment within Oracle Access Manager with multiple primary servers, ASDK applications fail if one primary server is not available. In order to resolve this, one must apply Patch 20357382. However, this looks to be an OAM server Patch. How to apply the fix in an ASDK deployment?
