Provisioning to AD Failing Due To Special Character in Data

OIM AD connector fails to create account in domain sometimes and gets stuck in provisioning
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login into OIM Identity Console
2. Go to Manage> Users, Select a user
3. Provision a AD account to the user.
