payloadSizeThreashold in JCAFileAdapter does not work (Doc ID 2315767.1)

Symptoms

When setting payloadSizeThreashold in Transport Configuration, the limitation does not work.

By selecting the drop down list for Endpoint Properties in Transport Configuration,
there is payloadSizeThreashold.

However the correct parameter is payloadSizeThreshold.

payloadSizeThreshold cannot be set from OSB console.
