Symptoms

WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.2

The Administration Page (WebCenter Portal > Administration) is distorted and displays the following behavior:

- The Portal Browser page will not display the circular icon (flip page) for each portal.

- The General admin page shows the "Settings", "Portals", "Shared Assets", "Portal Templates" menu items as bullet-ed line items above the left side menu instead - above and overlaying the "General" option.
