ESSO 11.1.2.3.1 LM Client is Not Working and not Detecting the SSO Login When Using the Mozilla Firefox 32 bit Versions 35 and 43 (Doc ID 2317734.1)

Symptoms

Using ESSO 11.1.2.3.1 on Windows7 32bit:

ESSO LM is not working and did not detect the SSO login when using the browsers: Firefox version 43.0.1 although it is working in IE 11.

This issue happens only with 32 bit but with 64 bit platform, it is working fine with all browsers.

There is a workaround :
it works only once after installing the official ESSO extensions then restart Mozilla in safe mode then restart it again and enable the extension, then it works only once.
If you start mozilla again, it stopped working
