Log FileName Include Time Stamp Lead To FileCount Is Not Rightly Rotated

The symptoms can be reproduced by this way.

1. Set rotation settings like below.

       file-name of Server log :test_%HH%%mm%%ss%.log  && file-count of Server log is  7

       file-name of access log :test_access_%HH%%mm%%ss%.log  &&  file-count of access log is  7

2. Start server

3. Rotated result is as below.

We can find that the rotated file count of server log and access log are both wrong and FileCount is the total number of rotations of server log and access log.
